Nude runners are being threatened to be put on the same list as rapists. Wow, just fucking wow.

This is what happens when you let allow people to inject their perso...nal biases on the rest of society; a traditional, otherwise harmless expression of freedom being crushed by on prudish asshole looking to advance his political career at the expense of otherwise law-abiding citizens; and running naked in Boulder isn't even illegal-the Chief had to seriously grasp for a slanted definition of just about any law he could find. Honestly I hope the majority of Boulder turns out in the buff, from your rebellous teenager to your walker-rolling granny, and walks/struts/jaunts/hops/skips/gallops/runs the four-block course.

We need to stop arguing amongst ourselves and our insignificant differences and come together to support each other, even those we don't agree with, we ANY of OUR rights are infringed upon. But instead of supporting each other, we do "The Man's" job for them by helping to destroy each others' rights and freedoms - and the messed up thing; a lot of us feel good about it in the morning thinking we did the right thing.

This is one thing that pisses me off about this country; the mewling pandering performed to the demand of the whiniest minority. We can't just simply agree that we're all different and respect those differences.. or better yet, be enriched by them. No, we get a handful of malcontents who fuck it up for everyone else simply because "they don't like it" and what? Screw what everyone else wants?

A lot of neighborhoods are requiring home owners to get authorizations and approvals for modifications (color of paint, landscaping, etc). Countless news stories about how the joy of many (in this case, Boulder's naked pumpkin run) is destroyed by some over-sensitive jackass who needs to make themselves feel important by bitching about something.

I'm not supposed to say "Merry Christmas" because the recipient may find it offensive. So what? Just because someone MAY be offended, I'm supposed to rearrange my life? How about the offended recipient act like an adult and move past the small stuff.

If this country really had a true sense of self esteem, instead of the bullshit, artificial esteem we institutionalize into our children, we'd be able to deal appropriately with something being "offensive". But we don't, and we're not. We've become a nation of weak-natured, over-sensitive cry babies. Instead of learning to find the beauty in people unlike us, we demand everyone fit into some drab-colored suit with a four-door sedan, a 1.5 bathroom house, with 2.4 kids, and be happy that way.

This is my message to you: It is your responsibility to be tactful, be considerate, and be respectful to others; but if all that still fails, it is your damn good DUTY to be offensive.

There is a huge difference between being offensive and being an asshole. One does not excuse the other.

So Obama and the Whitehouse thugs want you to start reporting on your neighbors if they're "misinformed" about health care proposals.

Well, since The WhiteHouse and Spook don't even have a fucking clue what entirely is in the... what.. 3000+ pages of legal bullshit, how the hell can he even pretend to know what the fuck he's talking about. He's already failed to keep promises made during his election race; but now we're supposed to believe the bitch? Got to love how that psycho Pelosi calls everyone at townhome meetings who don't agree with The Black Savior's plan "crazied, swastika-carrying mobs." Crazy... Pelosi? Can you checked your self out recently... arrogant cunt.

Acorn thugs have already disrupted countless gatherings; and it's not a stretch of the imagination that they just might be "commissioned" to "discuss" the "clarification" of "misinformation" with the reported.

Wow Mr. O, your dingy is so full of holes and sinking that you're flailing buckets just to keep afloat.

It's been years since so many people on BOTH SIDES of the political coin protested something. Maybe you might want to do your fucking job and start listening to the people you're supposed to be working for.

Directly from: http://www.whitehouse.gov/blog/Facts-Are-Stubborn-Things/
"There is a lot of disinformation about health insurance reform out there, spanning from control of personal finances to end of life care. These rumors often travel just below the surface via chain emails or through casual conversation. Since we can’t keep track of all of them here at the White House, we’re asking for your help. If you get an email or see something on the web about health insurance reform that seems fishy, send it to flag@whitehouse.gov."

Yes indeed; facts are a stubborn thing... and a lot more people with a lot better education then you sir have had plenty of time to read over just what you're trying to ram down America's throat. And they don't want it.

So apparently Windows and onboard Nforce RAID controllers do not work well together. So I ordered a new 1tb drive to be used as a backup drive for my Raid5 3x400gb drives (seeing ~750gb).

I can either reformat and rebuild my array after backing up onto the 1tb (I only have about 500gbs of data on the RAID5), and then try using the new modified array, thus having a 3-disk Raid5 + 1tb back up..

...or I was thinking this:

3-disk raid0 for speed + the 1tb for backups with frequent syncro'ing of files. I understand a 3-disk raid0 will be crazy fast. Opinions? Suggestions?

I need to find an extra mouse I can haul around with me and eventually I might install a touch screen on this, add bluetooth, and do a number of other mods that the community has come up with, but I don't quite feel like voiding warranties juuuuuuusssssttt yet. Originally went with an Acer One with SSD drive, but that was only 8GB + 8GB sD card and had a 7Mb write speed... it took an hour and a half just to install Open Office 3! Picked it up at Best Buy and they conviently forgot to mention that open notebooks have a 15% restocking fee... Oh well, I was able to talk with a manager and got them to agree to waive the restock fee if I simply exchanged it for another model through Best Buy; that didn't hurt my feelings, they keep my money and I don't waste money on ridiculous fees. One of the few things I don't like about this is the up arrow key sits where half of the right shift key is on my other keyboard making that a little difficult to get at; and it has a matte screen. The screen I can remove, soak, and strip off the anti-glare film if I feel adventurous. Maybe I'll do that when I install the bluetooth, security dongle, GPS, and touch screen. Then again, no need to sacrifice warranties to the EULA just yet.
